Hockey Players in Business (HPIB) is an international nonprofit network that helps former and current hockey players build business connections, develop professionally, and give back to the sport, with chapters across the U.S. and Canada.

Hockey Players in Business (HPIB) carries that bond beyond the rink, connecting generations of players who understand that the strongest teams succeed together. Now we're bringing that same spirit to a next-generation loyalty program designed to reward participation, strengthen connections, and support the HPIB community. Through our Reward Pool, members can participate in programmable rewards while helping build a community resource to support networking, events, mentorship, and giving back to the game that brought us together. Because the jersey may change. The skates may come off. But the brotherhood never retires. We're not just building a network. We're rewarding the loyalty that built it. Generational. Unbreakable.
